We are an up and coming eDiscovery software company, and have product which we are deploying to to our customers behind the firewall. As we are expanding, we need sysadmins who have interfaced directly with customers' IT teams to install our software into their environment, providing technical and software support. This would be a part-time, as-needed position as we are able to schedule deployments. It would be perfect position for those familiar managing eDiscovery and/or archiving platforms such as Symantec, NearPoint, Clearwell. Requirements: - Great communication skills with customer - Strong sysadmin (Windows, networking, server management, SQL) - Troubleshooting skills (log files, event logs, anything necessary) - Able to work on US PST / EST timezone when doing installs / troubleshooting on customer's environment - Comfortable with working with TB's of data
