Quick job for Joomla and PHP programmer

Please only reply if you are familiar with Joomla CMS as this is a Job that is required urgently. The job requires to modify some code in two components: - The first compnonent is called Acajoom newsletter, which is a mass mailer for Joomla... At the moment it only allows two tags within the newsletter [Name] and [FIRSTNAME], I'd like to add a few more tags to that to better personalise emails with fields created in Joomla Community Builder. - The same applies to the second component called MjazTools which insert personalised tags {name} {email} in the content of Joomla articles. I'd alike to add a few predefined contents tags to those as well.
