Are you confident to do fresh install of Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Windows 8 & MAC via giving instructions on phone and by taking remote access?
Do you know how to unlock the administrator password, if admin user of that computer forgets his password via Remote Desktop Software o rby giving instructions on phone?
Are you good in tuneup, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, backup and restoration of these operating systems?
Are you good in fixing router related issues, and fixing internet problems, say internet not working on the computer
and you cant even take remote access, so probably you have to talk to the customers on phone and guide the steps ?
Are you also good in fixing printer related issues, driver fix, software fix, Spooler, printer service, alignment, settings, paper jam etc? have you installed any wireless printer via remote or giving instructions on phone?
