Feasibility study on using gambling to pass the time on the long voyage to Mars.
Important Information: Several zero-gravity casino games will be engineered and rendered to be included as technical illustrations alongside this study. Some may even be 3-d printed and tested on a zero-g environment here on earth fairly soon.
We require a "thought experiment" type of research paper from someone with a strong understanding of Aerospace engineering and Psychology, to explain the feasibility, advantages, disadvantages, risks, and, benefits of having a crew of space-tourists gamble for 12 to 16 hours a day, and then go into induced sleep pods to 8-12 hours for a duration of 70 days to 10 months. Any other known "psychological tricks" for passing time should also be recommended, as well as which type of gambling makes time pass the fastest.
If any technical illustrations are needed to convey any of the ideas in the paper, the writer should simply describe them as best as (s)he can and we will create those.
