Were looking for a 24x7 NOC support to answer calls, provide after hours IT Support, and respond trouble tickets via email. We can accept your existing CRM. We want to have a NOC that will respond to our after hour clients and call ISPs and vendors when our client services goes down if we cannot fix any issues. If the problem is a onsite related you would call and email our underlying carrier (ISP) to go out and fix the problem. This is only a 1st line support requirement which is mostly responding to monitoring issues.
We would pay the amount on a monthly basis to cover our listed support. We like to run this for 3 months to ensure we have a good relationship and see value in the service.
We will have only 1 circuit/line to run in the first 3 months and therefore the budget for this is only $50 per month. On the average you get from 1 to 5 incidents/calls per month.
