We will ONLY accept people with NO foreign accents. We don’t care where you live in the world but you have to speak fluent English with absolutely no foreign accent. Our candidates MUST present themselves as local Americans to our clients.

Our company is seeking high talented appointment setters. We are seeking individuals that will set five appointments per week and are the best! You will not be required to sell any service or product, simply set appointment for our sales representatives. The appointments will be meetings at the customer site where one of our sales rep will be onsite.

Our company provides a host of IT services to small and mid-sized businesses. Although the company itself is a young operation, our IT experts have nearly a century of experience collectively.

Our primary focus has always been to offer the same centralized support capabilities that every large corporation has, at a fraction of the cost to our customers. Ultimately we pride ourselves on the ability to provide a long term and proactive relationship with our customers. Essentially we help perpetuate the growth of these smaller companies by helping them escape the large overhead costs of an in-house IT department. We take care of anything from basic desktop support to high end server maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.

You will also be required to create your own cold script with direction from us. You are required to have the following:

• Telemarketing experience

• High speed internet connection

• Headset and microphone to connect skype

• No disruptions and or ambient noise (kids, dogs,


• Good grammar and writing skills

A cold calling list will be provided to you so you will not have to generate one. In most cases you will have to make several calls so you must be organized and follow up with people. It is also imperative that you write down who you talk to and make follow up calls. You need to be pushy but not too pushy. Never take no for an answer and always challenge a no with a question or phrase. Your mission is to get the point of contact to agree to an appointment.

Our interview process will include three phases; the last phase being a three day trial to determine how effective you are. Once you pass the final phase you will be awarded the job. In addition to the hourly wage you will be compensated with our generous commission structure.
