Arabic+English Virtual Sales Agents Needed


We are a firm who specializes in IT services, we are looking to hire 2 - 4 "Sales Agents", who will be given a list of phone numbers, and need to do cold calling to every potential customer and offer them our products/services.


1. be able to read/write/speak Arabic fluently (must be your first language)

2. be able to read/write/speak English fluently

3. have EXCELLENT previous sales experience

4. have the ability to convince potential customers to buy, and to refer friends and family

5. very efficient, hard working, and respect customers and other co-workers.

***Rate is negotiable, and can be agreed on by pm messages.

***You must prove yourself and your skills in the first 2 weeks of work.

Work hours must be during our business hours only 9am-6pm Mountain Standard Time -7:00.

Hours will range from 15-63 hours per week. Negotiable based on your ability to work.

You can work as little as 15 hours per week, or as much as 63 hours per week, it is your choice, but it must be during our business hours.

Note: This is strictly a Sales position, no technical work needed.

No inbound calling at all, all calling will be outbound only.

You will not be doing any support or refunds at all, as this is handled by our technical support team.

Employee must provide her/his own high quality headset/microphone, a windows xp/vista/7/8 computer, and must have download speeds of no less than 1mbps download speed/ 256kb/s upload speed.

NOTE: if Arabic is not your first language, and you speak it fluently, please don't bother bidding as your bid will get ignored, this is especially for call centers.

Some Job Description:

Sales Agents will be setup with a new softphone (a software on your computer which operates a phone line that we provide to you), which will be used on their computer, and using a headset/mic will be able to communicate with potential customers. you will be setup with a company email address, and all our instructions will be sent that way. all order processes are easily done webbased. you will be trained for 1-3 hours on our products and our competition, and during work, you will have more than 1 person assigned to help you if you ever have questions while speaking to potential customers. your total sales amount $ will be calculated every 2 weeks, and we pay once every second tuesday. so if you start Mon Feb 4 2013, you will get paid on the first tuesday after completing the first 2 weeks of work, which would be Feb 19 2013, then every second tuesday afterwards.

You will have the choice of getting paid thru freelancer or WesternUnion or PayPal.
