Do you have what it takes to be a world class Business Development Consultant selling and helping individual’s get a world class resume & cover letter?

We are looking for creative individuals who are goal oriented, result oriented and who is hungry to make a huge success with us. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in HR, Recruitment and Sales. We are looking for individuals who are able to deliver and meet targets every month.


Shortlisted Business Development Consultants will be trained for a week (5 days) online via Skype. After training is completed, Business Development Consultants would need to go through a test, selling an actual resume. Those who pass the test will be hired.

How to Apply

- 3 words that describe yourself professionally

- 3 words that describe yourself personally

- do not use any pronouns related to your gender (he, she, him, her, his, hers)

- In less than 15 words please describe why a powerful resume and a world class cover letter can help people get better interviews and jobs.


Each Business Development Consultant is expected to meet targets set.


We take failures in meeting deadlines, failure of meeting quality very seriously and will not be tolerated. Before you decide to work with us, think carefully before committing to our work. We've heard just about every excuse in the book. Not meeting targets would lead to termination of employment.


We pay USD$19 for per resume & cover letter sold. This rate is above and beyond the market rate. We believe in keeping our team happy well paid. In return to that, we expect 110% commitment from our Business Development Consultants' to ensure it meets our requirements & specification.

We also pay 10% bonus for every milestone achieved. We are true believers in keeping our team happy.

Weekly meetings

All Business Development Consultants' have to attend a weekly meeting once a week on Wednesday for 60 minutes each session. In these meetings you are to provide a status report and advice if you have any roadblocks in achieving your goal.

High Expectation Policy

We expect our Business Development Consultants' to be resourceful enough to meet the deadlines even in the face of power failures, natural calamities or disasters, to be professional enough not disappear off the face of the earth (and re-emerge days later asking if you still have a job), and to be considerate enough to keep us reasonably informed --- meaning: not to wait till the last minute --- about family emergencies (such as deaths or illnesses in the immediate family), vacations, and other legitimate reasons why you are not available on certain days. (Didn't I say we've heard every excuse before?)

We expect our Business Development Consultants' to be creative, resourceful & find leads

As a Business Development Consultant, you have a choice of selling via the internet, tele sales or face to face sales. From our experience, internet and face to face sales works best.

We will be hiring 2 Business Development Consultant's to add on to our existing team of Business Development Consultants'.
