Project Description

I'm looking for competent sales people to talk to homeowners who are in need of a loan modification.

All leads will have already expressed interest in a loan modification.

The cost to the homeowner will be between $1995-$2995.

1. You will need to be able to have a basic understanding of loan modifications and answer a few general questions.

2. You will need to get a financial analysis worksheet filled out and sent over for approval.

(May be able to implement a page in my website for this)

3. You will need to follow up with the homeowner and get them to fill out the paperwork the attorney sends upon approval and then collect the paperwork and send it back.

Paperwork can be transferred via email, fax, postal mail.

This paperwork includes:

Financial records, Signed forms, Hardship letter, and method of payment.

I will send all of the leads and pay per completed file.

I will also pay more for leads that you originate.

(If you are in telemarketing and can produce your own leads and bring them through this process, we can discuss another arrangement)

Average time spent per completed file 1-2 hours.

Please bid on your price per completed file.

(This will cut down on wasted time, leads that fall through the cracks, lack of follow-up, and inability to fulfill the process)

I have started with an under $250 price because GAF makes me choose, but if your bid is higher than $250, put that in the PM and explain your bid)

I am looking for a long term relationship and will be continually increasing the amount of files sent as I find someone or some group who can handle the system effectively.
