WE NEED YOU THIS WEEK!
We need telemarketers and / or a Call Center to set appointments for our USA Location Based, Mobile Marketing Company. All Appointments will be for businesses local to us, here in the USA. Must speak FLUENT ENGLISH. NO ACCENT. All telemarketers must sound like they are from the USA.
Initially, as a trial basis, we will only need about 20 to 30 appointments set per week for a couple weeks. If everything goes smoothly, and you prove to be able to do the job on a consistent basis, we will ramp up quickly, scaling out to cover bigger markets, here in the USA.
Providing everything goes smoothly, our plan for ramping up / scaling out / expansion, will be as follows:
Week 1 and 2 - 20 to 30 set appointments per week.
Week 3 through week 4 - 50 to 75 set appointments per week.
Week 5 through week 6 - 75 to 100 set appointments per week.
Week 7 through week 8- 100 to 125 set appointments per week.
Week 9 through week 10 - 125 to 150 set appointments per week.
and so on............
Our past performance indicates that a DECENT / MEDIOCRE telemarketer will set 3 to 4 appointments per hour. A GOOD telemarketer will set 5+ appointments per hour.
Initially I can supply a list for you to call from. However, at some point, you will need to be able to source your own leads to call from.
Appointments set must be with the decision maker, the person that has the authority to make a decision to purchase our product and service. The Telemarketers only job will be to set the appointment. They do not need to sell anything. Just set the appointment so that our professionals can go in and present our product and service.
This is an amazing opportunity for long term employment. As we grow, you must be able to grow, expand, adapt and handle the volume of appointments we require, within reason. We anticipate needing approximately 400 to 500 appointments per week by month 5.
We would prefer to keep the rate under $5.00 per hour. Depending on the amount of the hourly pay, we will also pay bonuses each week based on the sales we close. On Average we close 1 in every 3 appointments we go on, and will be willing to pay from an additional $15.00 per sale we make as a bonus to you.
Keep in mid, you will be representing our company. We will not tolerate problems that injure our name or our brand. You must be a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, and handle every call with dignity, and be respectful at all time.
Again, this is a long term opportunity, and we will treat you VERY, VERY, VERY well, as long as you do a good job, remain consistent, and represent our company in a professional manner. You are the only one who can mess a good thing up.
