We are a company specialising in excess luggage for travellers and students. We operate mainly in Australia, but are launching into the UK/Europe in February, and will also have a new site launched for online purchases in the US, for shipping worldwide.
We need on an ongoing basis able to offer BPO services for when we have an overload of calls in our Australian office, plus act as a virtual office out of hours, and for our UK and US sites.
We are looking for a long term relationship, on an hourly basis.
You will have a system to receive and make calls, and advice on ways for us to transfer cost effectively, work with Live Chat, understand our products and assist with completing Orders, and Customer Enquiries. Our customers are from across Australia, Europe, Asia and North and South America.
