Premier Building Maintenance is a comprehensive facility services company based in Southfield, MI. We provide janitorial, carpet & floor cleaning, window washing, supply procurement, staffing, consultation, and mat rental services to medium and large commercial clients throughout the Metro Detroit market. We are an established mid-sized player in the market providing these services for over 20 years.

We currently market through direct telemarketing (lead generation), word-of-mouth, and direct mail marketing. We currently maintain one other telemarketer who has been providing services for the company since 1998.

We are seeking an and experienced and effective individual who can expand our current telemarketing effort through B2B cold calling on an existing list of prospective clients. This person would be responsible for generating leads and communicating appointment dates and times to our physical sales team. If successful, our desire would be to keep this individual as part of our long-term marketing strategy. As such, we are seeking a longer-term engagement with whomever we choose.

We will provide the following materials in support of the project:

+ Sales List (updated periodically or as necessary based on feedback from whomever we choose as the service provider)

+ CRM platform (currently utilizing Zoho, but consideration has been made to transition to SalesForce)

+ Any marketing materials, templates, scripts, or other materials deemed to ensure success of this project
