Ready for call center roll-out B2B, seeking reliable long-term call center partner.
Established USA corporation has extensive in-house experience selling our service to USA businesses. We want to expand using a call center. Ticket price for our product goes from about $300 to $1500 with median sale about $400. This is usually a one call close averaging about 15 minutes. We pay a sliding commission of 15-20% on each sale, paid daily. Closers usually convert about 18-30% of lead transfers. This is a desirable, unique product that we produce, we have very little competition. We have been producing this product since 1993. This is not a "hard sell" for the closers, it is more of a customer service type sale. The closer must be able to map using google earth, ask the client specific questions about how they want the service performed, save the google earth image and make notes on it using a paint program. The learning curve is a little longer for the closer and we provide online training for this that might take a day or two to absorb.
A call center working this project will probably require 2 teams, an outbound team working closely with a short script (we would supply script) calling fast in high volume, and a smaller scheduler/closer team who will convert prospective leads, mapping the client's location in google earth, put the client on a specific pricing package, collect the credit card or online check info, and submit the sale online to us for processing. (we have merchant accts in place for CC and online checks)
Since we are calling business numbers only (we supply the geographic based numbers and contact info with the most favorable types of businesses suitable for our service based on SIC code) Calling will go generally from 9-4:30 M-F in USA time zones.
We supply scripts and training and pay commissions daily by paypal.
To be successful call center agents will need excellent English with little or no accent. This is commission only, paid daily. This is an on-going, long term project for the right call center.
