Dear Sir, I am writing to tell you that I have experience of working as a call center agent/customer service agent for US/Canadian based companies although not directly for freelancer but for companies operating as agents or US / Canadian based companies n Bangladesh. I have experience of working as a call center agent for US/Canadian based companies and my job had been to provide support including email, phone call and process and experience of working as a Business Start up Assistant in London, U.K. where part of my job was to schedule appointment for the would be employer. I also have experience of working as a Support Coordinator for a US based recruitment company. My job as a support coordinator was to call a list of registered technicians and then explain to them the work order available.
