I am pleased to present you this proposal for building new SCADA System with Wonderware ArchestraA.
For the development of the detailed mimic design, the following documents were to be provided,
a) IO Database (Alarm set-point, tag name, description, etc.)
b) P&ID Diagram
c) General Arrangement Diagram
d) Single line diagram
e) Data to be monitored for Process Instrumentations / Equipment
f) Alarm Grouping Data (e.g. Group in term of area)
Basically the system architecture consists of 2 servers as a redundant configuration, 2 or more client stations computers.
For application development, In Touch Version 10.5 Human Machine Interface (HMI) software is used to develop the user interface for control and monitoring, alarm and status.

There are navigation buttons to access the desired device groups which are classified as
below:
• Overview
• System Architecture
• Historical Trending
• Alarm Summary
• Events Monitoring
• Individual Systems Screens
In order to start/stop a pump, one has to click on the pump and a pop-up dialog box will appear showing its I/O tag, description of the tag, “Start”, “Stop”, “Reset” and “Cancel” buttons.
The Events Monitoring page shows all the events that have happened, for example user log on and log off, set-point changes, alarms and operations. Alarm text color in events monitoring follows the text color definition used in the alarm summary.
