We are looking for an executive coach to train management in techniques to operate more efficiently. We are also looking to for a onsultant or consultants to create a revenue development plan and provide revenue development training to staff and management. Task 1: Create a curriculum/plan to train management in techniques to operate more efficiently. Timeline: Design and produce a self-paced training manual to train management in techniques to operate more efficiently by Jull 12, 2010. Outcome: HTTC will be able to offer the manuals to management and staff beginning July 12, 2010. Task 2: Create a revenue development plan. Timeline: Create a revenue development plan to be presented to management by July 6, 2010. Outcome: HTTC will use the plan to provide revenue development training to staff and management. Task 3: Provide revenue development training to staff and management. Timeline: Design and produce a self-paced training manaual by July 12, 2010. Outcome: HTTC will have a self-paced training manual to present to staff and management by July 12, 2010. Cost estimates are due by June 30, 2010.
