I require a 30 - 60 minute presentation on Client Negotiation. The attendees will be senior project directors and therefore the information in the presentation must be of a high level and go beyond the basics of negotiation. The context that the information will need to be placed is a consultancy firm negotiating on contracts. The main topics to cover are:
- Approaches to negotiation
- Negotiation styles
- Negotiation techniques
I must reiterate that the information needs to be at an advanced level.
Attendees will require a workbook/reference guide, which they will use to follow the information being presented and take notes. Any case studies or examples and the information, in its detail, will need to be in the workbook. Breaches to copywrite should be avoided where possible. The training is internal and not for resale so its not a major issue and any material directly copied will need to be referenced.
A PowerPoint presentation is also required.
The workbook and the PowerPoint constitute the deliverables and I need to receive them in an editable format so that I can add my own notes and apply templates etc.
