1. Initially gain a detailed understanding of the workings of our ecommerce and eprocurement solutions through practical hands on investigation and Q&A with our technical team.
2. Run online demonstrations as required to support sales and marketing activity.
3. Run selected on-site customer training workshops, which may require gaining a detailed understanding of any specific customer system configuration.
