Minimum 5 years of experience required with strong understanding and experience in Websphere Commerce Portal Server( Admin/Business/Development) with

Good Communication Skills.

We need the training on following areas.

WCS Administration

WCS Development

WCS Business User Training

We would like to have overview of each of the above mentioned areas and detailed training in WCS Business User training.

After this training:

Development Team

Should be able to understand the components implemented in WCS.

Able to go through the code build.

Should know all the available functionality in WCS, so that they can communicate with the Service Provider easily.

Able to make the quick fixes.

Admin Team

Able to understand the problems in WCS system.

Able to understand the service provider communications related to WCS Administration.

Able to check the system performance.

Troubleshooting the integration problems.

If required should be able to make the quick fixes.

Business User

Should know all the available options in WCS as a key user perspective.

Different user roles involved in WCS.
