Project Description

I need a person in United States that I can answer a few customer support calls every day.

The customer support calls will be forwarded to your phone, and when you receive a call made to the customer support you will see this on your caller ID before you answer the call.

It can go several days without any calls, and some days several calls can come in, but it is not a lot of calls. The support number will only be forwarded to you during your “operation hours”, so you will not be bothered with any calls made late at nights etc.

The customer support is for several eBay stores, but expect from good knowledge about eBay shopping you don’t have to have any knowledge about the products etc.

When you received a support call you should be able to answer eBay shopping related questions, but if the question is about an item or anything else you should write down the question along with the callers contact information and send it to me on email so that I can get back to the caller myself. But If possible maybe you can Google up the answer while you’re speaking with the customer.
