Format My Word Doc to CreateSpace.com Specs

IF YOU HAVE NEVER FORMATTED A DOCUMENTED FOR [login to view URL] Please DO NOT BID on this project OK, this is a pretty simple job. I've done it dozens of times for some of my other titles but no longer have the time to do it myself, so what I am looking for is someone that can take my word doc and format it 100% to [login to view URL] specs By 100% I mean making it totally ready to be uploaded to CreateSpace, including cover(which my designer will supply you), index and everything else (I'll have my cover creator create the cover for you, you'l just have to give him the dimensions / specs) WARNING - I am ONLY looking for someone who has done this before and who has experience with CreateSpace and who can do this as well as I can or better. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot get the WHOLE JOB done, meaning making the word doc that I give you 100% ready OR if you have NEVER done this before... Ideally the perfect person whould be another author like myself who has used CreateSpace for his/her own books. I hate to sound so harse here but you would not belive how many people blindly bid without fully understanding what is required.
