I am looking for someone who can call our french customer in canada who is having difficulty in understanding what we are trying to say to her. We shipped her small order to her address, however it is with DHL and they want her to call DHL and give them the reference number and get the delivery sorted. She left a negative feedback for us on our ebay account and we need her to understand that it is not our fault. If she don't call DHL, she won't get her shipment as it is in customs. We deal with these things every day, however this customer is too hard to understand english and that is the reason we need someone to give her a call and just explain a little thing. It's hardly a 5 minute job only but if you do it right then all our future french communication business will go to you. So please keep in mind that this is not the only time you will make money but for rest of the years as we sell in Europe and we deal with french customers many times and it would be much comfortable for us to have our french contractor to deal with all of them and assist our customers.
So please this would be kind of a trial and our understanding with each other so I don't want someone expensive in the long run.
