Laboratory Supervisor Qualifications. The embryo laboratory must have one or more qualified supervisors who, under the direction of the laboratory director, provide day-today supervision of laboratory personnel performing assisted reproductive technology laboratory procedures. In the absence of the director, the laboratory supervisor must be responsible for the proper performance of all assisted reproductive technology laboratory procedures. The laboratory supervisor must—
a. Possess a current license issued by the State in which the laboratory is located, if such licensing is required.
b. Meet the qualification requirements for an embryo laboratory director under paragraph 1. of this section, or meet the following:
i. Have an earned master’s or bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory or medical technology science from an accredited institution; and
ii. Have documented training which includes performing, at a minimum, each laboratory component of the human assisted reproductive technology cycle 60 times
4. If you are able to conduct medicolegal research in Italian (not required for this assignment), you should write in the beginning of the message:
"I AM ABLE TO CONDUCT MEDICOLEGAL RESEARCH IN ITALIAN" (in capital letters).
The rest of the message should be in small letters.
Medicolegal research means finding and analyzing the legislation that regulates the activities of a particular field of medical business in Italy.
For this purpose, a freelancer from Italy (not only proficient in Italian) is preferred.
