Translation from English to Japanese (975 words) and writing 10 ads for Adwords

I'm looking someone to translate my site from English to Japanese language. You also have to write 10 ads for Google Adwords and make a list of keywords people might use to find a service where one can create an online petition. It's impossible to translate ads one by one, because Google limits the size of an ad. I have provided headlines and descriptions which I have used to advertise my English site, so you can write ads by translating some of those headlines and descriptions or use your imagination what kind of ad you would click. I also need suggestions for a domain name. Are there existing online petition sites in Japanese language or have people used these services in other languages? For the translation work I have coded a user friendly translation system, so you don't have to send files. Faster for both of us.
