Project Description

I need a virtual assistant to help with my college football website.

For this I'll need someone to udpate content on our Schedule page, monitor/tweet posts in our Forum, research other college football writers/blogs, potentially email/call sports radio stations/publications/blogs to set up guest colums/interviews/interest in collaborating...among other things.


Interest and understanding of college football a must!

Experience with Social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Ability to update web pages manage server (html, ftp, etc.)


To start I'll need someone to create/copy up-to-date College Football TV schedule Page/s similar to [url removed, login to view] (see attached)

The page will reside at collegefootball*****.com/2010/TV-Listings-Schedule

Each week will have it's own page with a schedule table. It will somewhat resemble [url removed, login to view]

(Overall Listings and Direct TV coverage)

(for ESPN Gamplan Coverage)

The weekly coverage map will be need to be updated when it comes out It is published and updated weekly at:

The grid/table of all the weekly football games (listing them by Time (ET), Matchup, Network/Online, GamePlan, ...see attached... will need to be updated through Wordpress CMS.

The output will need to be in HTML, which will be dropped into a WordPress CMS. It should complement the overall website look and feel.

Also, each network should use similar logos as [url removed, login to view]

Withing the HTML, the images will need to link to assests in the Wordpress library:

The end html out put should provide the following information grid (attatched), and a printer-friendly version emulating ([url removed, login to view]). The code for the script should also be provided.

Also the index page display should update to the next week's schedule on Sunday morning by 10AM EST.
