Web site for small Home and Building Inspection Company

I need a simple web site designed for a home and building inspection company located in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I want a nice "easy-to-use" web site where people can go to and see basic information About the company, What we do, Why I'm a better choice than other inspectors, A Scope of work, Pricing, and Contact page. I would also like a page that people can click on and Order an inspection, this can be a simple form that emails their information to my account (I can install this script myself). The web site should include button links to my Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin profiles. No Flash or animated stuff please, just simple and professional. I will provide all the content for the site.
