Project Description

I have three PDF files of old Spanish government documents. I need them translated into English. I would like just a rough translation so I can understand what is in the documents. At that point I can request a better translation of specific pages, if needed. The rough translation should include translation of at least 90% of the words (if some words are unclear, you can skip them to save time, so long as 90% of the words are translated). The rough translation does not need to be in grammatical or idiomatic English, so long as the content is reasonably clear. If a word is skipped, please write [missing]. Please provide one text file with the Spanish, and one text file with the English.

This project is for the rough translation only. If I need perfect translation of some portions, I would post that later as a separate job (or just negotiate an additional fee with the freelancer who performs this job).

Note that there are some printed web site pages interspersed with the old handwritten documents. I do NOT need these translated. There are 15 (small) handwritten pages which I need translated.
