Facebook, Twitter and Google+ Auto Post Product Image, Name and URL

I am looking to build a quick and dirty app that will post a product image to our Facebook page automatically. The post will contain a product image, the product name, product URL (using Bitly or similar) and some prefix or suffix text. The products to be posted will be the most viewed (popular) product on this particular BigCommerce store in the past x hours. Things to think about while creating this include - 1. Avoid posting duplicate products within x period. 2. Being able to set the automatic schedule for each post 3. Being able to add some custom text to each post If you have an existing app, I am also open to using it but I haven't found anything for BigCommerce as yet although there are apps for other ecommerce platforms. I'll provide more info to contractors of interest.
