Google Analytics A/B - Multivariate Testing Help

Job Description:
I recently re-designed my website to help with these issues I was having:
-Time on Site (was terrible 25secs)
-Bounce Rate (was 92-93%)
-PageViews (only 1.1 per visitor)
-No Sales
-No Optins
Here's where it is now:
-Time on site has improved to 1:09 secs today. Still lower than the initial 2mins I thought it was going to be.
-Bounce Rate has decreased to 73.96% so I'm happy with that at least, to start. Goal is less than 50% then into the 20's.
-Page Views are up to 1.54 per visit so that's an increase was well. Goal is 2pages then 3-4pages.
-Still No sales
-Still No true Optins
I need someone to help me understand how to set up proper testing, A/B-Multivariate testing. And also offer performance testing and variations to test.
Things I know I need to test:
-Colors
-Banner Locations
-Optin Placements (left vs right, etc)
-Content
-Video creation to place in content
This site has a lot of potential as it's already getting 150-300 UV's a/day and I've just started the SEO for it. So, really, I'm looking for someone long-term that's good with conversion's that I can work with.
