Establishment of new website

We are searching for? someone who can establish a new website for us based on the contents of our already existing website www.dominicanimmo.at. Our existing website has been generated with the program "Dreamweaver". This program is not really user friendly regarding the update and maintenance of the website and the establishment of new pages, which we are doing ourselfs. Therefore we would like to have the website generated with another software, "Frontpage" for example. The contents remains the same and the layout of the website should in principle not change too much, as far as that is possible. As we already have the contents of the website, we are now searching for someone who could just generate the frame or layout with a more userfriendly software and who could then explain us how we, ourselfs can import all the contents (text and pictures) from our existing website to the new one.
