ColdFusion Interview Call Help need (Urgent need)

I am having 15 + years of experience in ColdFusion developments from simple of complex application.. my current profile is mixture of architect and manager.. i am having a good experience in taking interview from freshers to experienced people all over the globe. i generally opt for non traditional techniques for interviews to get the insight of the interviewee. my one hr charges are like 50$. (min 50$ even in case of 1/2 hr job). whether person select or not from the list yuo provided. charges would be there.

I am not only a developer but have been senior leadership in digital agencies where I was the hiring manager for developers. I have been using CF for 18 years. Back in the day, I was a CF Certified developer and I have also been the Adobe liaison for a large Ad Agency (so I know there products well).. I believe that I am uniquely suited for this job.

I am involved in ColdFusion Interviews to finalize the candidate ,CF project and team management and database . I also have a basic coldfusion test paper to test basics skills in coldfusion. If you want that test paper can be customized according to your requirement. $30 per interview per hour. If candidate is recruited 10% of first month salary (based on trust with you).
