User Interface Expert Consultant

Our company is embarking on a large project to completely redo our company's website. We have a team of full time programmers, and we are working on the project with an outside graphic designer. There are some interactive elements to the website that we absolutely need to get right, and we feel that there isn't anyone strong enough on our team that has a user interface background. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in working with user experience on the web both in terms of design and also being able to interpret data and use that data to enhance the design.

Specifically our company manufactures custom products, and we want to give our customer's the ability to easily make selections, without the process being boring or overly complicated. If you have experience in custom manufacturing on the web, or other applications that require a series of decisions that lead to a final order, that is definitely a plus.

In addition to this project, we also are working on refining our back end customer area, and will be developing an app in the next few months. So there is an opportunity for long term work.
