Project Description

I'm looking for someone to assist me with managing our ticketing system for our media studio. We do not receive too many requests a month. Maybe 1-5 for basic website/graphic changes and technical issues. I need someone to do the following tasks.

1.) You will receive a notification when a new ticket has been created. View the ticketing system to view the ticket, and any others that you may have missed.

2.) After reviewing the ticket send a courtesy reply. We can come up with responses together that you can use as a template.

3.) Determine the need. (Small graphic design need, huge project, website project, issue with website (feature request), etc.)- Inhouse or outsourced?

4.) Post project using our account on freelancler and/or elance to obtain various quotes. (Or if it's a very small task, look on fiverr for a link.)

5.) Send me a link to the project page, or fiverr link for a confirmation that the info you have posted is correct. Help me pick out the best freelancer for the job.

6.) You or I will quote the client to move forward, and provide them with any additional details or paperwork.

Again this wouldn't take long at all, and we only receive maybe 1-5 simple requests a month. I would like to pay monthly, and if the amount of tasks increase, I will also increase the monthly pay.

I am looking for someone who is able to communicate using proper english spelling/grammar in a very professional manner.
