Hi, I have a Windows 2008 R2 server which needs to have either teamviewer or remote desktop setup so my virtual assistant can login and see everything going on screen, but not copy and paste text or transfer files from the machine. I have teamviewer and remote desktop already setup, the problem is that with remote desktop I am unable to block file downloading or copy and pasting. With teamviewer the issue is that teamviewer does not work unless a remote desktop session is open because the session sets the screen size. Without it teamviewer will display that the screen can no be show due to fast user switching or another problem(when in reality it is because there is no screen size set to show). This should be a quick job if you have seen this problem before. Thanks for looking.

Hello, I can do this job over remote desktop - that's not complicated at all. Everything can be done rather fast - we can set up privileges through policies deployment. Thus, we can use those policies to prohibit downloading and copy/paste.
