We are looking to build long-term virtual assistant relationships to help with various administrative responsibilities as required to keep a very busy managing attorney freed up from administrative tasks. Prior law firm experience a plus.
This position requires assistants who are extremely intelligent and sharp; with very strong computer skills including Word 2010 and Outlook; must be able to quickly learn new software (ex. for project management); and must be available by Skype.

We are a small almost-virtual law firm that is quickly growing. Starting out we expect to need your services less than 10 hours a week - and with time it could go to more than 10 hours a week IF you’re interested in working more hours.
The routine tasks will include: managing e-mails; Internet research; organizing and filing documents and forms; emailing correspondence and statements/invoices; finalizing fee agreements; scheduling appointments, meetings, and occasional travel arrangements; organizing and managing calendar; and various other responsibilities as required to keep very busy managing attorney freed up from administrative tasks.
Preferably you can regularly schedule twice a day 1/2-hour meetings to receive new assignments and instructions, review your work, discuss any questions, and clarify next steps.
