Looking for an part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to Software Consultancy startup company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare correspondence, contracts, reports, PowerPoint presentations.

• Manage files, documents, records, expense claims.

• Manage invoice / payment records.

• Assist in preparing invoices / payments.

• Manage office supplies.

• Assist in simple book-keeping.

• Manage and schedule meetings.

• Assist in ad-hoc duties.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• ITE, GCE 'N' / 'O'/’A’ or Diploma or equivalent.

• No working experience required, on-the-job training will be provided.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Meticulous, organized, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Singaporean/SPR only.

• Able to commit to work 3 days/week @ $7/hour.
