This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals in a fast moving Australian real estate company renowned for providing quality personalised customer service and professional property management.

We are seeking a Personal/Administrative Assistant to support out team of professional property agents. You will provide remote personal assistance for the director and also administrative support the property management team.

Role & Responsibility:

Duties include:

* Clerical & administrative tasks

* Listing properties for lease and for sale

* Preparing applications for tenancy

* Preparing rental agreements

* Computer file & folder management

* Liaising with third parties via internet phone and email

* Solving problems!

Required Qualities & Attributes:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficient in typing, email and internet

* An attitude of Excellence

* Friendly & pleasant manner

* Good customer service skills

* Willingness to learn

* Professional phone mannerism

* Be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively

* Contactable by phone from 7am to 4pm (your local time) Monday - Friday
