Fast growing internet company is looking for an experienced, tech savvy Virtual Assistant, that can do multiple tasks including:
1) Be responsible for managing our company's Email Marketing sending, utilizing a software, including importing lead lists & also uploading to a CRM software
2) Managing all lead lists & interacting with & managing lead researchers
3) Updating lead lists with up to date information & doing some verifications of executive job titles by phone. For emails and contact names that are not populated, candidate must populate with accurate email address and accurate contact name.
4) Market research
5) Linkedin Prospecting
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is interested in working with an entrepreneur, learning about the tech sector and who has strong English written and verbal & communication skills. Other qualities we are seeking: - Proficient in English - Exceptional organizational skills - Efficient - Dependable -, Resourceful - Passionate, Enthusiastic - Ability to meet deadlines - and attention to detail a must. (Preference will be given to someone with Email Marketing experience)
Flexibility to work from home office.
