Key contribution: To follow up enquiries and help convert enquirers to clients. To ensure smooth, accurate processing of service-staff matching + allocations to clients. To assist in maintaining an excellent service experience for current clients by responding to their routine requests for assistance. -------------------------------------- Attracts potential customers by answering service enquiries; providing benefits and giving information about services. Using templates. Opens client accounts by recording account information. Maintains client records by updating account information. Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintains client payment details by processing client adjustments. Prepares management reports by collecting and analysing marketing, sales and service information. -------------------------------------- Communication methods: 90% email/web/SMS-system. 10% by phone. Hours: 10-20 hrs weekly. Should be able to respond to queries quickly, max within 2 hours. UK office hours. * Excellent English language skills; written, verbal. * Ability to work independently. * Attention to detail. * Very high communication skills with clients and colleagues; good listener. * Very considerate with clients, whilst observant of the company's image and commercial interests. * Highly dependable and reliable. * Good problem-solver. * Intuitive thinker, able to weigh options, anticipate consequences and propose solutions. * Be able to work UK office times. * Computer/PC. With MS Office proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel. * Reliable, fast internet connection. * Must have ability to call UK landlines and UK mobiles.

10+ Years in managing clients based in US. Can work with UK clients as well. As most of the work (90%) is web based, I should not have any problem. I need to figure out cheaper way to call UK.
