lead tracking spreadsheet in excel

I need 2 spreadsheets created in excel.

One is for potential renters: the information blocks should: Name, Where, Need, When & Budget - in these blocks we need to be able to have enough space to write someone's full name, town they are looking to live. Budget should be in US currency.

We need a block for Smoking and a separate one for Drinking - these can just be squares to type an "X" in if they do either of these.

We need a block for Pets - just an "X" and a separate space next to it to write in what type

We need a block for kids or visitors & frequency.

For Owners -

We basically need the same thing - Name, where, Space, Type, When & Rent

The rest of the sheet whould be the same as for Renter;

Each should be labeled with a header at top - and date to side when last updated. The bottom of each page should have a header that reads "MyRENTEDroom Leads" with page number

I would like a faint water mark through the sheet that reads "MyRENTEDroom" if possible
