The project details:
You need to create 450 sport trainings with our windows 8 application.
- You need to title the new trainings with the following way FL_”training length” ”training type” (Example: FL_fast cardio 5)
training length: short, normal, long
training type: cardio, full body, upper body, tools, lower body, biceps, triceps, etc…
- The sport knowledge is benefit.
- We need three length trainings: ~15 min; 20-30 min; 40-60 min.
- You need to add water break, if the trainings hard and longer then 20 min (so the people can do the workout)
- We have 5 categories: cardio, full body, upper body, tools, lower body. You need to create all categories 90 trainings (30 x 15 min, 30 x 20-30 min, 30 x 40-60 min)
