311138 VB Script for CorelDraw

I need a VB script that can be run on a windows server 2003 command line using cscript.exe. This script would use CorelDraw X3 to look for files on a specific folder and exports or imports them to a file format found on File->Save As, File->Import or File->Export. This script will be used to automate file conversion from one format to a different file format and/or version. For example convert a .cdr file from version 13 to version 9, or a cdr file to eps file.
