building xls database from text

I have 106 text files, each corresponding to a source document. Each text file contains a list of other documents that cite it. What I need is for someone to search these 106 files and record which of the other 105 documents cite it. The documents all have unique string identifiers, so this task involves searching each document for the 105 others and recording the results in a separate document. The output should be a spreadsheet with 106 rows and 106 columns, with 1 in the cells where cross-citations exist and 0 where they do not. I am not looking for someone who will do this manually, but prefer someone with some basic programming skills who can write a simple program to complete this task. This should take about one day for the right person.
