Integrate my Excel spreadsheet and Word document using Visual Basic

I have an Excel spreadsheet and a Word document that I need to integrate. I want the Excel spreadsheets in my Word document to update as I make changes to the Excel spreadsheet. I have attached the two documents so you can see how they work together.
