I have already Document management database, the database also has employees information, I need to create a user management interface where I can do the following:
1- add new users,
2-modify existing user details
3-assign access rights (which form and tales a user can access)
4-a user should be able to set and change his/her user name
also I need to create something like the Inbox, where the user can send and receive document from and to other users,
