Hello, Our company is a property management organization that manages over 140 industrial properties. We currently perform inspections via paper and pencil and would like to evolve to using an iPad for inspections. We've set up a rough online form ([login to view URL]) that writes information to a text file and is accessible via a web browser. Ideally we'd like to have the information written to a clean pdf that can be archived. If possible, we'd like the option to add photographs to sections of the report and the ability to add new fields as needed. We'd also like information to automatically populate when necessary. We are new to iPad app development and have a limited budget at this time. Please review the online form, we are open to suggestions and look forward to your bids.
