I'm looking for any solution that allows me to capture text from an existing set of .pdf files or from a paper file (via a picture) and accurately captures and writes it into an excel spreadsheet. It can be off-the-shelf, custom made, but it has to work most of the time.
This is not a project to make anything. It's only a project to get some consulting.
