We will need 3 spreadsheets for user 1, user 2, and user 3. They must be compatible with Excel 2003. When each user opens the Excel document, an automated date-based title must be generated.
There are 2 cells in each spreadsheet that must be updated automatically based on that day's date and a two-digit number for each new document of the day.
When the user saves the file, it should save by default with that automated date-based title.
More details are provided in the detailed description below, and the Excel documents needed to complete the project are attached.
We will need 3 spreadsheets for user 1, user 2, and user 3. They must be compatible with Excel 2003.
When these users open Excel, they will begin work in a spreadsheet with a title representing the current month, day, and a designated number for each user.
User 1's spreadsheet will be titled [url removed, login to view]
User 2's spreadsheet will be titled [url removed, login to view]
User 3's spreadsheet will be titled [url removed, login to view]
("Month" and "day" above represent the month and day that Excel is opened by the user.)
By default, when the user saves the document, it should be saved with this title above.
When the user opens the B&BExcel [url removed, login to view],
Field L6 needs to update to the current date each day.
Field L7 needs to be month day (xxxx) followed by a two-digit increment for each new document for the day.
So today it would be 110501, then 110502, then 110503.
Tomorrow it would start with 110601, then 110602, etc.
The Excel files needed to complete this project are attached.
