System tray .Net process

I need a prototype VB.Net application created that will park itself in the system tray and monitor if a user presses a key on the keyboard. When a key is pressed the process should display a message indicating the key that was pressed. When right clicking on the system tray icon a menu should appear allowing the user to pop-up a form. The form should allow the user to select a file and read thru the contents of the file. While this form processes a file I was hoping that the process can still monitor the keyboard for any keys pressed.
