VBA Windows Time (repost)

Hi , I would like a vba module (Excel) to use the windows time service and compare the time it obtains from that service with the windows time on the local server. If the they are in sync the result should be 'In Sync' if the are not in sync the result should read out of sync and specifiy by how much time. The result is display on sheet in the workbook. All the code is to be well commented. Thank you.
